Hasan Hospital Palembang For The First Quarter Of 2025 https://jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/262
The accuracy of the diagnosis code plays a significant role in supporting the smooth reporting of hospitals, claims, and health statistics. This study aims to determine the percentage of accuracy of the diagnosis code for Carcinoma Mammae based on ICD-10 and to identify obstacles in coding the diagnosis of Carcinoma Mammae in hospitalized patients at the Bhayangkara M. Hasan Hospital, Palembang, in the first quarter of 2025. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The study population was all medical record files of inpatients with a diagnosis of Carcinoma Mammae, and the sample used was 15 files with a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation of medical record files and interviews with coding officers. The results showed that of the 15 samples of medical record files, 13 files (86,7%) had accurate diagnosis codes according to ICD-10, while 2 files (13,3%) were inaccurate. The obstacles found included the doctor's writing that was difficult to read, incomplete medical resumes, and the unavailability of supporting documents such as supporting examination results. The conclusion of this study shows that most of the carcinoma mammae diagnosis coding process has been running well and according to procedure, although improvements are still needed. Therefore, it is necessary to improve medical documentation and cooperation between medical personnel and coders to reduce errors in diagnosis coding
Erni Juwita ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/262 Mon, 13 Oct 2025 01:59:32 +0000 The The Relationship Between Mental Health Literacy And Anxiety Among Students At SMA PSKD II https://jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/239
Anxiety is a major factor influencing adolescents' mental health. LASA drugs share similarities in naming, pronunciation, or packaging appearance, thereby increasing the risk of errors during prescribing, preparation, and administration stages. This article aims to review the literature addressing the concept, impact, and management strategies of LASA medications in pharmacy practice from a pharmaceutical management perspective. The research method employed was a narrative literature review of scientific articles published within the last five years and sourced from the Scopus and PubMed databases. The findings indicate that optimal management of LASA medications requires a systematic approach through risk management policies, implementation of standard operating procedures, utilization of health information technology, and strengthening the role of pharmacists within the healthcare system. However, empirical studies examining the effectiveness of LASA policy implementation in healthcare facilities in Indonesia remain limited. The gel method is widely used due to its high sensitivity and specificity, as well as its more objective result interpretation; however, the effectiveness of shorter incubation times still requires evaluation. This study aimed to determine the effect of incubation time variations on the results of gel method crossmatch examinations. This laboratory experimental study employed a one-group posttest-only design using 10 venous blood samples obtained from healthy respondents selected through purposive sampling. Gel method crossmatch examinations were performed using incubation times of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 15 minutes. Agglutination results were subsequently observed and analyzed. The results demonstrated that all samples (100%) showed negative agglutination across all incubation time variations, indicating no differences in crossmatch results among the three incubation durations. These findings suggest that variations in incubation time between 5 and 15 minutes do not influence the results of gel method crossmatch examinations in healthy populations. Therefore, the gel crossmatch method may be applied with shorter incubation times under specific conditions without compromising examination accuracy, potentially improving efficiency in blood transfusion services.
KEKE PUTRI WULANSARI ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/281 Sun, 08 Feb 2026 07:04:03 +0000 Pendistribusian Data Rekam Medis Elektronik Antar Klaster melalui Sistem e-Puskesmas di Puskesmas X Banjarmasin https://jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/288
Digital transformation in the health sector encourages every healthcare facility to manage medical record data electronically, in an integrated and real-time manner. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L. Poir) as an alternative growth medium for Aspergillus flavus using boiling and extract preparation methods. The study was conducted experimentally using purple sweet potato concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%, with SDA serving as the control. Fungal growth was observed macroscopically (colony diameter) and microscopically over six days. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test and Post Hoc Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that purple sweet potato media can serve as an alternative medium due to its rich nutrient content, including carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and especially anthocyanins, which support fungal growth. Based on the findings and statistical analysis, it can be concluded that the boiling method at concentrations of 40%–50% is more optimal and effective as an alternative growth medium for Aspergillus flavus (p = 0.686).
Fitri Ayu Wulandari, Rizki Perdani, Sri Suhartati, Hajrah Hidriya ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.polanka.ac.id/index.php/JKIKT/article/view/280 Thu, 05 Mar 2026 07:01:51 +0000
